Why come to Run Club?
If you are new to running, Run Club leaders and experienced Run Club participants can help you get the start you need.
If you already run but enjoy running with others this is the place to connect with other local runners.
If you need the motivation and accountability that comes from running with a group, we're here for you.
If you just like to motivate others, we need people like you.
Who can join Run Club?
Anyone from the age of 2 (with parental supervision) to adults are welcome to join. Run durations, speeds and drills will be modified for various ages and fitness levels. We have scheduled different sessions for kids, adults and families.
Is there a cost for Run Club?
No it's absolutely free. Run Club leaders are volunteers and as such are not certified professionals, but rather just people who want to help others reach their running goals. Please dress sensibly, wear running shoes and sun screen, and make sure you have water.
